桂枝茯苓胶囊联合金刚藤胶囊治疗附件囊肿临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究桂枝茯苓胶囊联合金刚藤胶囊治疗附件囊肿临床疗效。方法选取100例附件囊肿患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(采用桂枝茯苓胶囊与金刚藤胶囊联合治疗)与对照组(采用金刚藤胶囊治疗),各50例。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后卵巢功能、附件囊肿体积及中医证候评分。结果研究组总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的86.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组LH、FSH水平均明显低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组附件囊肿体积、中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组附件囊肿体积明显小于对照组,中医证候评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊与金刚藤胶囊联合治疗可显著改善附件囊肿患者卵巢功能,减小附件囊肿体积,改善临床症状,疗效显著,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule and Jingangteng capsule in the treatment of adnexal cyst.Methods 100 patients with adjunct cyst were randomly divided into study group(guizhi Poria capsule and Jinggang teng capsule)and control group(50 cases in each group)by random number table method.Clinical efficacy,ovarian function,adjunct cyst volume and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.00%in the control group,and the difiFerence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing honnone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E_(2))between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH and FSH in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the volume of adjuncts and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the adjunct cyst volume in the study group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with Jingangteng capsule can significantly improve the ovarian function of patients with adnexal cyst,reduce the volume of adnexal cyst,and improve the clinical symptoms.This method is worthy of application and promotion.
