摘  要:针对目前市面上现有的蔬菜种植柜存在结构简单、智能化程度较低的问题,研究了一款新型的家庭智慧菜园,又名微型香草人工光种植。该设备采用封闭式结构,主要包括壳体、营养液箱、栽培槽、水路循环系统和自动控制系统,可定植罗勒、生菜等植物,作为一款家用电器,可使用自主研发的手机APP对灌溉、补光、换气等进行自动控制。栽培试验及环控测试结果表明,叶菜平均生长周期为40 d,总耗水量为63.2 L,总耗电量为72 kW·h,生菜的单颗重量150~200 g。设备内温度为15~25℃,相对湿度为45%~65%。该设备所提供的环境参数可满足叶菜的正常生长,同时丰富了市面的产品种类,提高了整体的技术水平。In view of the problems of simple structure and low intelligence,studied a new type of home planting cabinet.It consists of LED light source,forced refrigeration system,irrigation system,ventilation system,etc.It can be planted with basil,lettuce and oth⁃er plants.As a household appliance,it can use self-developed mobile app for irrigation,lighting,ventilation and other operations.The results of cultivation and environmental control test showed that the average growth cycle of leafy vegetables was 40 days,the total water consumption was 63.2 L,the total power consumption was 72 kW·h,and the weight of a single lettuce was 150~200 g.The tem⁃perature range of the equipment is 15~25℃,and the relative humidity is 45%~65%.The results show that the environmental parame⁃ters provided by the equipment can meet the normal growth of leafy vegetables,at the same time,it enriches the types of products on the market,improves the overall technical aquatic products.
