摘　　要：目的研究西医联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎(chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,CPID)的作用及远期疗效。方法便利选择东莞市妇幼保健院2018年8月—2019年9月在门诊治疗的98例CPID患者进行分析,随机法将其分为联合组(西医联合中药保留灌肠)和对照组(西医治疗),每组49例。治疗结束后进行半年的跟踪随访,每3个月随访一次,对两组患者治疗结束时临床疗效、复发率情况进行统计分析。结果治疗结束时,联合组治疗显效率(75.51%)明显高于对照组(55.11%),差异有统计学意义(Z=2.386,P<0.05);3个月、6个月随访时,联合组复发人次均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医联合中药保留灌肠治疗CPID的临床效果显著,可明显改善患者炎性症状,加速恢复,降低远期复发率。Objective Study the role and long-term effect of Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods Conveniently select 98 CPID patients treated in the outpatient clinic of Dongguan Maternity and Child Health Hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 were selected for analysis.They were randomly divided into the combination group(Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine retention enema)and the control group(Western medicine treatment).49 cases in each group.After the treatment,a follow-up was conducted for half a year,once every three months,and the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups of patients at the end of the treatment were statistically analyzed.Results At the end of treatment,the effective treatment rate of 75.51%in the combined group was significantly higher than 55.11%in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.386,P<0.05);at the 3-month and 6-month follow-up,there were fewer relapses in the combined group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of CPID,which can significantly improve the patient's inflammatory symptoms,accelerate recovery,and reduce the long-term recurrence rate.
