复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼患者的效果及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼患者的效果及不良反应。方法于2017年1月—2020年1月方便抽取80例医院眼科收治的青光眼患者为研究对象,通过计算机随机抽签法分为两组,一组40例患者接受传统小梁切除术治疗(对照组),一组40例患者接受复合式小梁切除术治疗(观察组),对不同术式的临床作用进行比较。结果术后6个月对患者进行复查,观察组患者功能滤过泡形成率为97.50%(39/40),对照组为80.00%(32/40),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P=0.034);与对照组(20.36±2.02)mmHg相比,观察组术后眼压水平(16.67±1.89)mmHg明显更低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.436,P<0.001);手术不良反应对比,观察组患者总发生病例(2例)明显低于对照组(10例),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012)。结论相比于传统小梁切除术,复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼具有疗效突出,安全性佳的优势。Objective To explore and analyze the effects and adverse reactions of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma patients.Methods 80 patients with glaucoma admitted to the ophthalmology department of the hospital were conveniently selected as research objects from January 2017 to January 2020.They were divided into two groups by computer random lottery,and a group of 40 patients received traditional trabeculectomy treatment(control group),a group of 40 patients received compound trabeculectomy treatment(observation group),and compared the clinical effects of different surgical methods.Results The patients were re-examined 6 months after the operation.The functional filtering bleb formation rate was 97.50%(39/40)in the observation group and 80.00%(32/40)in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P=0.034);compared with the control group(20.36±2.02)mmHg,the postoperative intraocular pressure level(16.67±1.89)mmHg of the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.436,P<0.001);adverse surgical reactions in contrast,the total number of cases in the observation group(2 cases)was significantly lower than that in the control group(10 cases),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012).Conclusion Compared with traditional trabeculectomy,compound trabeculectomy for the treatment of glaucoma has the advantages of outstanding curative effect and good safety.
