摘 要:目的对苎麻根的生药学鉴定方法进行探讨,为制定生药学的质量标准提供参考依据。方法对原植物形态、性状、显微下的横截面与粉末、薄层色谱、分离后的结构采取相应的方法进行鉴别。结果将供试品溶液进行冷置后,观察其稳定性,该供试品溶液1 d内稳定,且点样、斑点均显示清晰。对其分离后的结构进行鉴定,分别鉴定出了8种化合物。结论采用薄层色谱鉴别法对苎麻根的生药学进行研究,实现较好的分离效果,具有明显的斑点,完善了对苎麻根的生药学鉴定方法,从而为其药材鉴别、质量评估提供了重要参考。Objective To discuss the pharmacognosy identification method of ramie root,and to provide a reference for the formulation of pharmacognosy quality standards.Methods Corresponding methods were used to identify the original plant morphology,traits,cross-section and powder under microscope,thin-layer chromatography,and separated structure.Results The stability of the test solution was observed after cold storage.The test solution was stable within one day,and the spots were clear.The separated structures were identified,and eight compounds were identified.Conclusion TLC identification method is used to study the pharmacognosy of ramie roots,which achieves a good separation effect and has obvious spots.It improves the pharmacognosy identification method of ramie roots and provides an important reference for the identification and quality evaluation of ramie roots.
