摘　　要：原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)类似于中医学领域的“五风内障”,中医病因病机认为本病主要与风、火、痰、郁导致目窍不利,瞳神散大,玄府闭塞,眼孔不通,进而神水瘀滞有关。原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)的西医发病机制考虑有两个因素:瞳孔和非瞳孔阻滞,当然可能还存在其他多种机制,因此大多数原发性闭角型青光眼是由于两种或更多种机制共同作用的结果而导致。原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)的发生、建立与下列几种因素相关:促发机制的存在与眼球解剖结构的异常。Primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG)is similar to the"five wind cataract"in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.The etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine believe that the disease is mainly related to wind,fire,phlegm,and depression leading to unfavorable eyesight.The pupils dilated,the mysterious palace was blocked,the eyes were blocked,and the Shenshui was stagnant.The western medicine pathogenesis of primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG)considers two factors:pupil and non-pupil block.Of course,there may be many other mechanisms.Therefore,most primary angle-closure glaucoma is due to two factors.Or the result of a combination of multiple mechanisms.The occurrence and establishment of primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG)are related to the following factors:the existence of the trigger mechanism and the abnormality of the anatomical structure of the eyeball.
