摘　　要：术后肠粘连是腹腔外科手术后最常见的并发症之一,现代微创外科技术的普及也无法完全避免肠粘连的发生。中医药治疗术后肠粘连具有优势,可以明显减轻患者的症状和体征,提高其生活质量。认为鉴于外科疾病的特殊性,传统的脏腑辨证理论体系并不能很好地适用于外科疾病的中医辨证。受中西汇通思想的启发,结合术后肠粘连的病理生理学特点及临床表现,采用八纲辨证体系(以虚实辨证为主)对其进行病机及辨证论治探讨。并附验案1则。Postoperative intestinal adhesion is one of the most common complications after abdominal surgery,which cannot be completely avoided even with the popularization of minimally invasive surgical technology.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has advantages in treating postoperative intestinal adhesion,which can significantly alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients and improve their quality of life.Due to the particularity of surgical diseases,the traditional theoretical system of zang-fu syndrome differentiation cannot be well applied to TCM syndrome differentiation of surgical diseases.Therefore,inspired by the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,the discussion on the pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of postoperative intestinal adhesion is conducted based on the eight-principle syndrome differentiation system(with deficiency-excess syndrome differentiation as the focus)together with the considerations on the pathophysiological characteristics and clinical manifestations of postoperative intestinal adhesion.Attached is a proven case.
