摘　　要：介绍石氏伤科运用藤类药物辨治膝骨关节炎的临床经验。膝骨关节炎多为旧疾沉疴,缠绵难愈,常规药物极难祛除久病入络之邪,而藤类药物具有走行通利、散结通络、引诸药直达病所之功。石氏伤科在整体辨证、气血痰瘀兼顾的理论指导下,善于配合使用藤类药物以起膝痹之沉疴。并举验案1则。This paper introduced the clinical experience of treating knee osteoarthritis with rattan drugs in Shi’s traumatology.Knee osteoarthritis is a chronic disease with difficulty to heal,and it is difficult to get rid of the causes of chronic diseases deep into the meridians only with conventional drugs.On the other hand,rattan drugs have the advantages of activating promoting benefit,dissipating bind and dredging collaterals,and introducing all kinds of Chinese medicines directly to the disease sites.Shi’s traumatology is often based on the theory of"The overall dialectical"and"qi-blood-phlegm-stasis theory",combined with rattan drugs to treat the chronic knee osteoarthritis.And one proven case is presented.
