摘　　要：论述葛根汤的古今应用及相关研究,并总结其应用规律。认为葛根的功效明显影响整方的应用,运用葛根汤应紧扣"两个字"(表和强)和"四条经"(手、足太阳经与手、足阳明经)。This paper discusses the ancient and modern application and related research of Gegen Decoction, and summarizes the law of its application. It is considered that the efficacy of Puerariae Lobatae Radix obviously affects the application of the whole prescription, and in the use of Gegen Decoction we should pay close attention to "two words", that is, Biao(exterior)and Qiang(strong) and "four meridians", that is, small intestine meridian of hand-taiyang, bladder meridian of foot-taiyang, large intestine meridian of hand-yangming and stomach meridian of foot-yangming.
