摘　　要：目的观察通督调神推拿法对儿童抽动障碍(TD)的影响及其临床疗效。方法将124例TD患儿随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组62例。对照组采用综合行为干预疗法结合中药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上加用通督调神推拿法。两组疗程均为12周,观察临床疗效,比较耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分的变化情况。结果(1)最终完成试验者121例,治疗组61例,对照组60例。(2)治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.7%、80.0%;组间临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗前后组内比较,两组YGTSS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组YGTSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通督调神推拿法治疗TD的临床疗效较佳,且符合患儿与家长的亲子互动需求,患儿依从性高。Objective To observe the effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen massage(massage for promoting the circulation of the governor vessel and regulating the spirit)on pediatric tic disorders(TD).Methods A total of 124 children with TD were randomly divided into control group(n=62)and treatment group(n=62).The control group was administered with comprehensive behavioral interventions combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),while the treatment group was additionally administered with Tongdu Tiaoshen massage besides the treatment measures of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups lasted 12 weeks.The clinical effect was observed and the changes in the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)scores were compared.Results(1)Finally 121 cases completed the trail,including 61 cases in the treatment group and 60 cases in the control group.(2)The total effective rate was 96.7%in the treatment group and 80.0%in the control group;The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The intra-group comparison before and after treatment showed that there were significant differences in YGTSS scores in both groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the YGTSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongdu Tiaoshen massage has a good clinical effect on pediatric tic disorders,and patients have high compliance with the treatment as Tongdu Tiaoshen massage meets the needs of parent-child interaction.
