摘　　要：古代临床应用黄芩有枯芩与条芩之分,其清热的部位、途径、配伍、用法、用量的侧重各有不同,对黄芩品种的合理选用在提高临床用药有效性上尤为必要。枯芩善于清火热、解热毒,常与清热泻火药、清热解毒药、止咳平喘化痰药配伍,多用于治疗中上焦火热病证及皮肤疮疡肿毒,多酒炒,用量宜小;条芩善清湿热、凉血热,常与清热凉血药、利水渗湿药配伍,应用于中下焦湿热病证和血热出血病证,生用或以胆汁炮制,用量较大。The ancient clinical application of Scutellariae Radix could be divided into"kuqin"and"tiaoqin",their position,ways,compatibility,usage and dosage in heat clearing were different.Reasonable selection of Scutellariae Radix varieties was particularly necessary to improve the clinical efficacy.Kuqin was good at clearing heat,eliminating heat-toxin.It was often compatible with clearing heat medicine,clearing heat and detoxicating medicine and relieving cough medicine,which mainly used in treating middle and upper Jiao fire-heat syndrome and skin sores.And kuqin was usually processed with wine,and the dosage should be reduced.Tiaoqin was good at clearing dampness and heat,cooling blood heat.It was often compatible with clearing heat and cooling blood medicine,draining water and dispersing dampness medicine,which mainly used in treating middle and lower Jiao dampness-heat syndrome and blood-heat hemorrhagic syndrome.And tiaoqin was used in raw or processed with bile,and the dosage should be increased.
