新媒体背景下农业技术推广模式探究与路径分析——以吉林省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：农业技术推广是将农业科技转化为现实生产力的重要环节,是打通农业科研与技术应用壁垒的关键所在。长期以来,我国农业技术推广主要采取农技专家与广大农民面对面授课的线下培训模式,但随着农业现代化程度的不断提升,种植栽培和农艺农机对于技术的要求越来越高,导致广大农民对于专业技术的需求越发迫切,传统的培训模式及授课方式无法满足广大农民群众对于农业技术的现实需求。在新媒体迅速发展的背景下,如何有效利用新媒体平台和新媒体传播方式全面、快捷、高效地推广农业技术知识是农技推广人的重要课题。该文以吉林省农业科学院为例,详细分析了传统农技推广模式存在的问题与不足,并针对利用新媒体平台开展农业技术推广提出了相应的合理化建议,以期为利用新媒体平台促进农业技术推广提供参考。agricultural technology popularization is an important link to transform agricultural science and technolo⁃gy into real productive forces,and it is the key to break through the barriers of agricultural scientific research and technology application.For a long time,agricultural technology extension in our country mainly adopts the off-line training mode of face-to-face teaching between agricultural technology experts and farmers,but with the continuous improvement of agricultural modernization,planting technology,cultivation methods and agricultural machinery re⁃quire more and more agricultural technology.Under the background of the rapid development of new media,how to effectively utilize the new media platform and the new media wave transmission mode is an important subject for agri⁃cultural technology extension people.Taking Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper main⁃ly analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the traditional agricultural technology extension model,and analyzes the strategy of how to use the new media platform to carry out agricultural technology extension,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions,in order to provide reference for using the new media platform to promote the transfor⁃mation and upgrading of agricultural technology extension system.
