新冠疫情下江南农村突发水环境污染事件处置对策研究

摘　　要：在新冠病毒性肺炎疫情的形势下,针对江南农村地区水网密集、潜在污染源众多等问题,防备水环境污染风险应及时制定相应的应急管理措施与对策方案,消除污染隐患,减少有较大规模影响的突发水环境污染事件爆发的可能性。若有事件发生,应根据疫情情况和污染状况及时适当的应对处置,修复水体恢复原貌,确保公众的生命安全以及降低他们的财产损失,及时宣传消除人们的精神恐慌并做好追责工作和防疫工作,以最大限度地降低环境污染带来的损失。Under the situation of new coronavirus pneumonia,in view of the dense water network and numerous po⁃tential pollution sources in rural areas of Jiangnan,we should formulate corresponding emergency management mea⁃sures and Countermeasures in time to eliminate potential pollution hazards and reduce the possibility of sudden wa⁃ter pollution events with large-scale impact.In case of any incident,it is necessary to deal with it timely and appro⁃priately according to the epidemic situation and pollution situation,repair the water body,restore the original appear⁃ance,ensure the safety of public life and reduce their property losses,timely publicize and eliminate people′s mental panic,and do a good job in accountability and epidemic prevention,so as to minimize the losses caused by environ⁃mental pollution.
