摘 要:水电站下泄流量的波动对于水电站下游水文情势有直接影响。考虑到现有波动量化评估方法未纳入波动的时间范围和数量级等不足,提出一种基于时域和量级的时间序列波动频次评估方法,并将其引入至电站下泄流量波动评估工作中,以大渡河流域铜街子水电站为例,得到水电站量维波动、形维波动和整体波动在1日的时域内、各个量级的出现频次,研究成果可为指导水电站安全稳定运行提供决策支持。The fluctuation of the outflow has a direct impact on the river flow regime in the downstream of hydropower station.Taking into account the shortcomings of the existing quantitative assessment methods of fluctuations that do not include the time range and magnitude of fluctuations,this paper proposes a time-series fluctuation frequency assessment method based on the time domain and magnitude,and introduces into the evaluation of discharge fluctuation of hydropower station.Taking the Tongjiezi Hydropower Station in the Daduhe Basin as a case study,the frequency of occurrence of hydropower station’s quantity-dimensional fluctuation,shape-dimensional fluctuation and overall fluctuation in the one-day time domain and various magnitudes is obtained,which provides decision support for guiding the safe and stable operation of hydropower station.
