摘 要:为分析某厂电冷却塔混凝土结构的耐久性,采用无人机结合人工勘查对某电厂冷却塔塔身混凝土结构进行损伤情况图像采集,依据相关文献、规范、收集到的数据分析冷却塔混凝土结构耐久性。分析结果表明,冷却塔局部标高范围保护层过薄是导致冷却塔塔筒外表面过早出现保护层锈胀脱落、钢筋锈蚀现象的主要原因,推断本工程冷却塔的实际剩余耐久性年限约为15年。In order to analyze the durability of concrete structure of the electric cooling tower of a certain plant,the damage image of the concrete structure was collected by using unmanned aerial vehicle combined with manual exploration.The durability of the concrete structure of the cooling tower was analyzed according to the relevant literature,norms and collected data.The analysis results show that the thin protective layer in the local elevation range of the cooling tower is the main reason for the premature rust swelling and falling off of the protective layer on the outer surface of the cooling tower cylinder,and it is inferred that the actual remaining durability life of the cooling tower in this project is about 15 years.
