摘 要:目的对中国首例猕猴α疱疹病毒1型感染病例的感染来源开展调查,探索其感染因素和防控策略。方法运用现场流行病学调查方法收集病例信息,采集职业暴露人群、猕猴和环境样本,并应用实时荧光PCR方法进行猕猴α疱疹病毒1型核酸检测,分析可能的感染源。结果采集共同暴露职业人员样本84件,猕猴生物样品89件,环境样本370件,经检测,其中猕猴猴舍2件环境涂抹样本猕猴α疱疹病毒1型核酸阳性,其它样本均为阴性,病例的感染来源于该研究所日常职业暴露可能性大。通过封闭涉疫研究所、隔离职业暴露人员和排查风险人员等一系列防控措施,在一个最长潜伏期内未发生续发病例。结论该病例属于北京市本地感染偶发病例,感染来源与日常职业暴露有关。猕猴职业暴露人员在日常工作中,应科学的选择和使用防护用品,从而有效降低职业暴露感染风险。Objective To investigating the origin of the first human case of Macacine alphaherpesvirus 1 infection in China,and to explore the factors related to the infection and the strategies of prevention and control.Methods The field epidemiological investigation was used to obtain the information of the case and to collect the samples from persons with occupational exposure,the macaques and the environment.The nucleic acid of Macacine alphaherpesvirus 1 was detected by real-time fluorescent PCR.The possible sources of the infection were analyzed.Results Eighty-four samples of professional workers with co-exposure,89 biological samples from macaques and 370 environmental samples were collected.The results of detection indicated that two environmental samples from the cages of the macaques were positive for nucleic acid of Macacine alphaherpesvirus 1 while the others were negative.It was highly possible that the case was infected because of occupational exposure inside the institute.A series of prevention and control measures,including closing the affected research institutes,quarantine of persons with occupational exposure and the tracing of people at risk were implemented and no secondary case occurred.Conclusions The case was a local occasional case in Beijing related to occupational exposure.Protection equipment should be selected and used correctly for professionals with possible occupational exposure to macaques,so as to reduce the risk of infection by occupational exposure effectively.
