全面整体护理干预在ICU重症肺炎患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的 本文主要探讨整体护理干预在ICU重症肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法 将2018年5月至2020年6月武警河南总队医院98例ICU重症肺炎患者分成参照组与研究组,各49例,参照组采取常规护理,研究组则采用全面整体护理干预,统计对比两组护理效果。结果 护理前,两组患者心率、呼吸、平均动脉压与肺功能等指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施护理后,研究组患者心率、呼吸、平均动脉压与肺功能指标均优于参照组,且护理有效率、患者满意度以及生活质量都比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全面整体护理干预在ICU重症肺炎患者中的应用效果更为显著,可有效改善患者症状。Objective The paper discusses effect of holistic nursing intervention for ICU patients with severe pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 98 cases ICU patients with severe pneumonia from May 2018 to June 2020 and divided them into reference group and research group,49 cases in each group.Reference group was treaetd with routine nursing,and study group with comprehensive holistic nursing intervention.Nursing effect of two groups was statistically compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in heart rate,respiration,mean arterial pressure and lung function between two groups (P>0.05);After nursing,heart rate,respiration,mean arterial pressure and pulmonary function of study group was better than reference group,nursing efficiency,satisfaction degree and life quality was higher than reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive holistic nursing intervention can achieve significant effect for ICU patients with severe pneumonia,improve their symptoms effectively.
