摘　　要：目的 探讨社区干预对老年骨质疏松症患者的调查与护理研究。方法 将2016年1月至2016年12月在广州市花都区人民医院治疗的94例老年骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例,对照组未给予社区护理干预,观察组给予社区护理干预,对比两组健康行为改善率、骨密度变化、生活质量。结果 观察组坚持每天喝牛奶、坚持户外晒太阳、坚持运动锻炼、戒烟戒酒、合理膳食等健康行为改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理6个月后的左股骨、L1-4骨密度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组BP、SF、MH、RP、PF、VT、RE、GH等SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 社区干预对老年骨质疏松症患者的调查与护理效果显著,能有效提升患者的健康行为率,提高骨密度,改善生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore investigation and nursing research of community intervention on elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods The paper chose 94 cases elderly osteoporosis patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,47 cases in each group.Control group was treated with no community nursing intervention,while observation group with community nursing intervention.Improvement rate of health behavior,changes of bone density and life quality between two groups was compared.Results Health behavior improvement rate of daily drinking milk,outdoor sun exposure,exercise,smoking and drinking cessation and reasonable diet in observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05);BMD of left femur and L1-4 in observation group after 6 months of nursing was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05);SF-36 scores of BP,SF,MH,RP,PF,VT,RE and GH in observation group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Community intervention can achieve significant effect on investigation and nursing of elderly patients with osteoporosis,improve health behavior rate,bone mineral density and life quality of patients effectively,which has positive clinical significance.
