艾灸结合益气补肾汤治疗轻中度女性压力性尿失禁的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨艾灸结合益气补肾汤治疗轻中度女性压力性尿失禁的效果。方法 以嘉峪关市新城镇卫生院收治的94例轻中度女性压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象,研究起始时间及截止时间分别为2019年1月至2020年3月,采用随机抽签的方式将患者分成2组实施研究,分别为对照组(n=47,予以常规盆底肌锻炼)及观察组(n=47,予以艾灸结合益气补肾汤治疗),对比两组患者盆底综合肌力改善情况、总排尿量、尿失禁频率及尿垫试验尿漏量。结果 治疗后,观察组盆底综合肌力正常人数显著多于对照组,异常人数显著少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后总排尿量、尿失禁频率及尿垫试验尿漏量均有所下降,且观察组下降幅度更显著(P<0.05)。结论 轻中度女性压力性尿失禁患者采用艾灸结合益气补肾汤治疗可改善其盆底肌力,减少漏尿量、总排尿量及尿失禁频率,使用价值高。Objective To explore effect of moxa moxibustion combined with Tonifying Qi and Kidney Decoction in treatment of mild to moderate female stress urinary incontinence.Methods The paper chose 94 patients with mild to moderate female stress urinary incontinence in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 as research objects,and divided them into two groups randomly:control group (n=47,with routine pelvic floor muscle exercise) and observation group (n=47,with moxibustion combined with Tonifying Qi and Kidney Decoction).Improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength,total micturition,frequency of urinary incontinence and urine leakage of urine pad test was compared between two groups.Results After treatment,numbers of patients with normal pelvic floor muscle strength in observation group were significantly more than control group,numbers of patients with abnormal pelvic floor muscle strength in observation group were significantly less than control group (P<0.05);After treatment,total urine output,frequency of urinary incontinence and urine leakage of urine pad test in two groups was decreased,decrease in observation group was more significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Moxa moxibustion combined with Tonifying Qi and Kidney Decoction can improve pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce urine leakage,total urination and frequency of urinary incontinence of patients with mild to moderate female stress urinary incontinence,which has high application value.
