比较丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚联合七氟烷在小儿外科麻醉中的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚联合七氟烷在小儿外科麻醉中的效果。方法 以50例患儿于2019年11月至2020年11月在新疆阿克苏地区第二人民医院行外科手术治疗作为研究对象,并以单双日分成A组与B组每组各25例患者。予以A组予以丙泊酚联合七氟烷麻醉,B组丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉,对比两组麻醉效果。结果 在两组患儿麻醉不良反应发生率对比上A组优于B组;在麻醉效果对比上,B组各项麻醉指标均优于A组,各项组间数据对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿外科麻醉中应用丙泊酚或七氟烷联合瑞芬太尼均有较好的麻醉效果,但是丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼可促患儿快速苏醒,并且麻醉过程中发生的不良反应较少,更加适用于行外科手术治疗的患儿。Objective To investigate effect of propofol combined with remifentanil and propofol combined with sevoflurane in pediatric surgery anesthesia.Methods The paper chose 50 children with surgical treatment in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020,and divided them into group A and group B,25 cases in each group.Group A was treated with propofol combined with sevoflurane anesthesia,group B with propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia.Anesthesia effect was compared between two groups.Results Incidence of adverse reactions in group A was better than group B;indexes of anesthesia effect of group B were better than group A,data comparison between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol and sevoflurane combined with remifentanil can achieve good anesthesia effect in pediatric surgery anesthesia,but propofol combined with remifentanil can promote infants to wake up quickly,with less adverse reactions during anesthesia,which is more suitable for children with surgical treatment.
