比较传统手术疗法与选择性部分齿状线上粘膜痔疮手术疗法治疗严重痔疮的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的对比传统手术疗法与选择性部分齿状线上粘膜痔疮手术疗法治疗严重痔疮的临床效果。方法随机抽取我院于2016年8月至2018年9月收治的60例严重痔疮病患,将其随机划分成对照组与观察组,各组30例。对照组治疗方法为传统手术,观察组治疗方法为选择性部分齿状线上粘膜手术,比较两组患者的手术时间和切口愈合时间、出血量、并发症发生情况以及治疗效果。结果①观察组患者手术时间和切口愈合时间均少于对照组患者,此外观察组出血量显著减少,以上数据通过比较差异存在统计学价值(P<0.05)。②观察组的并发症率是(10%)明显地小于对照组的(33.33%),组间数据通过比较差异存在统计学价值(P<0.05)。③对照组行传统手术治疗,观察组行选择性部分齿状线上粘膜手术治疗后,对照组的临床疗效是(73.00%)明显地小于观察组的(93.33%),组间对比差异存在统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论严重痔疮患者在临床治疗中选择选择性部分齿状线上粘膜方法效果确切,不会对患者产生较大创伤,可减少手术出血量,降低并发症发生率,建议临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical effect of traditional surgical therapy and selective partial dentate line mucosal hemorrhoids surgery in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods 60 patients with severe hemorrhoids in our hospital from August 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,while the observation group was treated with selective partial dentate line mucosal surgery.The operation time,incision healing time,blood loss,complications and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results ① The operation time and incision healing time of the observation group were less than those of the control group,in addition,the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).② The complication rate of the observation group (10%) was significantly less than that of the control group (33.33%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).③ The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with selective partial dentate line mucosal surgery.The clinical efficacy of the control group (73.00%) was significantly less than that of the observation group (93.33%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids,the method of selective partial dentate line mucosa has exact effect,will not cause great trauma to patients,can reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the incidence of complications,it is recommended that clinical application.
