腭裂患儿术后语音恢复中健康教育联合心理护理的作用

摘  要:目的探讨健康教育联合心理护理在腭裂患儿术后语音恢复中的作用。方法研究对象选取2018年9月至2020年9月在我院接受手术治疗的36例腭裂患儿,将患者随机分为使用常规护理干预和语音训练的常规组(18例)和接受健康教育联合心理护理的联合组(18例),对干预前后两组患儿家属的心理状态评分、鼻漏气率、语音清晰度以及患儿家属满意度进行观察比较。结果进行护理干预后,联合组患儿家属的SAS和SDS评分均明显低于常规组;实施护理干预后,联合组患儿的鼻漏气率明显低于常规组,语音清晰度明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组家属满意度为88.9%,明显高于常规组的55.6%(P<0.05);联合组患儿的依从性为83.3%,明显高于常规组的50.0%(P<0.05)。结论在常规语音功能训练的基础上增加健康教育和心理护理能够有效改善患儿家属的心理状态,提高患儿的依从性和促进患儿语音功能的恢复,患儿家属也比较认可,值得在腭裂患儿的护理中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of health education combined with psychological nursing on speech recovery of children with cleft palate after operation.Methods The research subjects selected 36 children with cleft palate who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020.The patients were randomly divided into a conventional group (18 cases) using conventional nursing intervention and voice training and receiving health education combined with psychology.In the combined nursing group (18 cases),the psychological status scores,rhinorrhea rate,speech intelligibility and satisfaction of the children’s family members of the two groups of children before and after intervention were observed and compared.Results After the nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the family members of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group.After the implementation of nursing intervention,the nasal leakage rate of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,the speech intelligibility of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of the family members of the combined group was 88.9%,significantly higher than 55.6% of the conventional group (P<0.05).The compliance of the combined group was 83.3%,which was significantly higher than 50.0% of the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine voice function training,health education and psychological nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of children’s families,improve the compliance of children and promote the recovery of children’s voice function,which is also recognized by children’s families,and is worthy of popularization and application in the nursing of children with cleft palate.
