精灸联合普通针刺治疗风寒袭络型面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨精灸联合普通针刺治疗风寒袭络型面瘫的临床疗效。方法将2018年7月至2020年5月期间就诊于河源市中医院,证属风寒袭络型面瘫的70例患者进行随机分组,分别纳入治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。两组均配合激素、营养神经药物等基础西药治疗。对照组治疗方法为基础西药+普通针刺,治疗组为基础西药+普通针刺+精灸,两组均治疗3周。分别比较治疗前后两组的Portmann评分,并进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗3周后,两组患者面瘫症状均有改善,对照组患者的Portmann评分为(14.45±2.04),治疗组患者Portmann评分为(17.15±2.14),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在疾病治愈时间上,治疗组为(13.55±3.54)天,对照组(18.15±4.18)天,治疗组的病程要少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为94.28%,优于对照组的82.85%(P<0.05)。结论精灸联合普通针刺治疗风寒袭络型面瘫疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。Objective To explore the clinical effect of fine moxibustion combined with ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of wind-cold facial paralysis.Methods A total of 70 patients with facial paralysis of wind-chill type who were admitted to Heyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with basic western medicine such as hormone and neurotrophic drugs.The control group was treated by basic western medicine+ ordinary acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated by basic western medicine + ordinary acupuncture+ fine moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.Portmann scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,facial paralysis symptoms were improved in both groups.The Portmann score of the control group was (14.45±2.04),and the Portmann score of the treatment group was (17.15±2.14),with statistical significance (P<0.05).The cure time of the disease was (13.55±3.54) days in the treatment group and (18.15±4.18) days in the control group.The course of disease in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.28%,which was better than that of control group (82.85%,P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of fine moxibustion combined with ordinary acupuncture is better than that of acupuncture alone in the treatment of wind-cold type facial paralysis.
