循经穴位按摩预防乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究循经穴位按摩预防乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的临床价值。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月于广东省第二中医院乳腺科符合诊断的120例乳腺癌患者为主要对象,所有患者均接受腋窝淋巴清扫手术治疗。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组60例患者。对照组患者术后接受健康宣教+功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上增加循经穴位按摩,对比两组患者术后1周、2周、1个月、2个月、4个月的上肢周径、乳腺癌淋巴水肿症状体验指数评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分。结果观察组患者术后1周、2周、1个月、2个月、4个月的上肢周径均明显小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1周、2周、1个月、2个月、4个月的乳腺癌淋巴水肿症状体验指数评分均显著低于对照组,存在明显差异(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1周、2周、1个月、2个月、4个月的疼痛程度评分均明显低于对照组,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后接受循经穴位按摩更有利于预防淋巴水肿的形成,同时可减轻淋巴水肿症状,减轻水肿症状对患者的困扰,缓解患者的疼痛程度,优势显著,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To study the clinical value of acupoint massage along meridians to prevent lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. Methods From May 2019 to may 2020, 120 patients with breast cancer who were diagnosed in the Department of mammary gland of the second hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Guangdong Province were selected as the main objects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 patients in each group. The control group received health education and functional training after operation, while the observation group added acupoint massage along meridians on the basis of the control group. The upper limb circumference, breast cancer lymphedema symptom experience index score and pain visual simulation score of the two groups were compared at 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months and 4 months after operation. Results The observation group of patients after 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months of upper limb circumference were significantly smaller than the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05);the observation group of patients after 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months of breast cancer lymphedema symptom experience index scores were significantly lower than the control group, there was significant difference(P<0.05);observation group patients after 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month The pain scores of 2 months, 4 months were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After breast cancer surgery, acupoint massage along meridians is more conducive to prevent the formation of lymphedema, reduce the symptoms of lymphedema, alleviate the disturbance of edema symptoms on patients, and relieve the degree of pain of patients, with significant advantages, which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
