分析精心护理在纤维桩联合牙冠修复恒磨牙折裂牙中的应用效果及对患者焦虑情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的观察在纤维桩联合牙冠修复恒磨牙折裂牙中应用精心护理的效果。方法择取2019年1月至2020年2月就诊的60例恒磨牙折裂牙患者予以研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,分别采用精心护理、常规护理,各30例;两组护理疗效、负性情绪评分比较。结果 (1)对比两组患者护理疗效:观察组护理疗效高于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)两组负性情绪评分比较:观察组负性情绪评分低于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者生活质量评分比较:治疗前,两组生活质量评分差异较小(P>0.05),与治疗后对照组比较,观察组生活质量评分高(P<0.05)。结论采用精心护理在纤维桩联合牙冠修复恒磨牙折裂牙中的效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of careful nursing in repairing fractured teeth of permanent molars with fiber post and crown. Methods Sixty patients with broken teeth of permanent molars from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected for study, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with meticulous care and routine care, with 30 cases in each group. Comparison of nursing efficacy and negative emotion score between two groups. Results(1) Comparing the nursing efficacy of the two groups: The nursing efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2) Comparison of negative emotion scores between the two groups: The negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3) Comparison of quality of life scores between the two groups: Before treatment, the difference of quality of life scores between the two groups was small(P>0.05), but compared with the control group after treatment, the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Careful nursing is effective in repairing fractured teeth of permanent molars with fiber post and crown, which is worth popularizing.
