醋酸卡泊芬净联合伏立康唑注射液治疗侵袭性肺部真菌感染的临床疗效及对白细胞恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的研究侵袭性肺部真菌感染(IPFI)疾病治疗中醋酸卡泊芬净注射液、伏立康唑注射液联合应用的效果和对患者白细胞恢复产生的影响。方法研究从2018年1月至2020年12月抽取30例分析病例,均为IPFI确诊患者,按照疾病治疗方式差异进行分组,对照组15例单独应用伏立康唑注射液,观察组15例在此基础上增加醋酸卡泊芬净注射液,对比两组疗效。结果 (1)对比两组治疗总有效率:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)对比两组真菌清除情况:观察组真菌清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)对比两组WBC水平值变化:两组治疗前的WBC水平值之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组WBC水平值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IPFI属于常见重症,其治疗有效性是医学临床所关注的要点,伏立康唑、醋酸卡泊芬净等皆对该病症具有一定效果,属临床常用药,通过联合用药,可在患者症状、体征改善、真菌清除、白细胞恢复等方面起到更佳的疗效。Objective To study the effect of caspofungin acetate injection combined with voriconazole injection in the treatment of invasive pulmonary fungal infection(IPFI) and its influence on the recovery of leukocytes. Methods From January 2018 to December 2020, 30 cases of IPFI patients were selected and divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment methods. The control group(15 cases) was treated with voriconazole injection alone, and the observation group(15 cases) was treated with caspofungin acetate injection on the basis of voriconazole injection. Results(1) The total effective rate of the two groups was compared: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) Compare the two groups of fungal clearance: The observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3) WBC levels of the two groups were compared: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05), but the WBC level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion IPFI is a common severe disease, and its therapeutic effectiveness is the key point of clinical medicine. Voriconazole and caspofungin acetate have a certain effect on the disease, which are commonly used drugs in clinic. Through the combination of drugs, it can improve the symptoms and signs of patients, remove fungi, and recover white blood cells.
