摘  要:目的探讨基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理结合正念音乐训练对颅内介入手术患者睡眠质量及心理韧性的影响。方法将92例颅内介入手术患者以抽签法随机分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理结合正念音乐训练。比较两组干预前、后的睡眠质量及心理韧性。结果干预后,两组的PSQI各维度评分均降低,CD-RISC各维度评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理结合正念音乐训练能够有效提高颅内介入手术患者的睡眠质量及心理韧性。Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory combined with mindfulness music training on sleep quality and mental toughness of patients undergoing intracranial interventional surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with intracranial interventional surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory combined with mindfulness music training on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality and mental toughness before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the PSQI scores of each dimension in the two groups decreased,the CD-RISC scores of each dimension increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory combined with mindfulness music training can effectively improve the sleep quality and mental toughness of patients undergoing intracranial interventional surgery.
