基于移动护理信息平台的静脉输液管理对骨科手术后患者输液不良事件发生率及护士工作负荷、工作质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于移动护理信息平台的静脉输液管理在骨科手术后的应用价值。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月收治的80例骨科手术患者为研究对象,根据护理方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规静脉输液护理,观察组在此基础上应用基于移动护理信息平台的静脉输液管理。比较两组的管理效果。结果观察组患者的输液不良事件总发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。观察组护士的工作负荷各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士的工作质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论基于移动护理信息平台的静脉输液管理用于骨科手术后患者中,有助于降低输液不良事件发生率及护士工作负荷,提高工作质量及护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of intravenous transfusion management based on mobile nursing information platform after orthopedic surgery.Method A total of 80 patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery admitted from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intravenous transfusion nursing,the observation group was given intravenous transfusion management based on mobile nursing information platform on this basis.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse events of transfusion of patients in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of workload of nurses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The work quality scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous transfusion management based on mobile nursing information platform used in patients after orthopedic surgery helps to reduce the incidence of transfusion adverse events and nurses'workload,improve work quality and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
