摘　　要：目的全面了解中医药防治少弱精子症的发展现状与研究热点,为该领域今后的发展提供借鉴与参考。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)建库至今,关于中医药防治少弱精子症的相关文献,并进行检索和筛选,将纳入的文献以RefWorks格式导出使用CiteSpace V软件生成作者、研究机构、关键词等信息进行可视化分析。结果共有476篇相关文献被纳入研究。形成后的图谱共有68位作者被纳入,有10位作者的发文量≥3篇,形成以张敏建、丁劲、卢太坤为代表的主要合作团队。共有194所研究机构被纳入,有7所机构发文量≥4篇,主要研究机构有中国中医科学院西苑医院、北京大学第三医院等。共有76个关键词被纳入,形成"大鼠"、"少精症"、"益肾健脾方"、"中西医结合疗法"、"精子密度"5个自然聚类,近年突现的关键词有"氧化应激"、"精子DNA完整性"、"线粒体"等。结论以可视化图谱的方式分析中医药防治少弱精子症的发展现状与研究热点,有利于发挥中医药的独特优势,为该领域的研究提供方向及思路,为今后的发展提供借鉴与参考。Objective To comprehensively understand the development status and research hotspots of TCM prevention and treatment of oligozoospermia,and provide reference and reference for the future development of this field.Methods The computer search of the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)has been established to date,and related literature on the prevention and treatment of oligozoospermia in Chinese medicine has been searched and screened.The included documents are exported in RefWorks format.The authors and research institutions are generated using CiteSpace V software,Keywords and other information for visual analysis.Results A total of 476 related literatures were included in the study.A total of 68 authors were included in the resulting map,and 10 authors publish more than 3 articles,forming a main cooperative team represented by Zhang Minjian,Ding Jin,and Lu Taikun.A total of 194 research institutions have been included,and 7 institutions have published more than 4 articles.The main research institutions include China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences Xiyuan Hospital and Peking University Third Hospital.A total of 76 keywords were included to form five natural clusters of"rat","oligospermia","Yishen Jianpi prescription","integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy",and"sperm density".The keywords that have emerged in recent years are oxidation should"Excited""sperm DNA integrity""mitochondria"and so on.Conclusion The analysis of the development status and research hotspots of the prevention and treatment of oliasthenospermia by traditional Chinese medicine by means of visual atlas is conducive to giving full play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,providing directions and ideas for the research in this field,and providing reference and reference for the future development.
