摘　　要：目的探讨胃肿瘤患者舌象特征参数特点,以期为消化道肿瘤的中医诊察提供舌象客观化参数依据。方法运用上海中医药大学自行研制中医舌诊数字化检测仪,采集46例胃肿瘤患者舌象图像,计算客观化参数并运用统计方法分析。比较胃肿瘤患者与健康人群舌色、胖瘦、齿痕点刺、裂纹、瘀斑苔色、厚薄、腐腻等参数差异。结果胃肿瘤组的厚薄指数、胖瘦指数、齿痕指数、裂纹指数、瘀斑指数、舌色R值、G值、B值、H值、V值(RGBR、RGBG、RGBB、HSVH、HSVV)、苔色 R值、G值、B值、H值、V值(RGBRT、RGBGT、RGBBT、HSVHT、HSVVT)高于正常组(P <0.05),胃肿瘤组的腐腻指数、剥苔指数、点刺指数、舌色S值(HSVS)、苔色H值(HSVHT)低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论胃肿瘤患者舌象特征参数与自然人群舌象特征参数存在差异,舌象特征参数可为中医临床诊察肿瘤病情提供支持。Objective To explore the characteristics of tongue parameters in patients with gastric tumors,in order to provide the basis for the tongue images objective of parameters for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The digital detection instrument for tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine was developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The tongue images of 46 patients with gastric tumors were collected.Objective parameters were calculated and analyzed by statistical methods.The differences in parameters such as tongue color,fat and thin,punctured teeth marks,cracks,ecchymosis,thickness,and greasiness between gastric cancer patients and healthy people were compared.Results Thickness index,fat index,tooth mark index,crack index,ecchymosis index,tongue color R value,G value,B value,H value,V value(RGBR,RGBG,RGBB,HSVH,HSVV),fur color R value,G value,B value,H value,V value(RGBRT,RGBGT,RGBBT,HSVHT,HSVVT) is higher than the normal group(P <0.05),the gastric tumor group’s greasy index,fur coating index,Puncture index,tongue color S value(HSVS),fur color H value(HSVHT) were lower than the normal group(P <0.05).Conclusion There were differences between the characteristic parameters of tongue in patients with gastric tumors and those in natural populations.The characteristic parameters of tongue in patients with gastric tumors can provide support for the clinical diagnosis of tumors.
