摘　　要：本研究对长丰鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix Changfeng)新品种的性腺发育、性成熟年龄和繁殖力进行了分析,结果显示:1龄长丰鲢的性腺发育不明显,处于Ⅰ期;2龄长丰鲢性腺均处于Ⅱ期,肉眼可分辨雌雄;3龄长丰鲢的性腺处于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期,部分个体发育到Ⅳ期,初次性成熟;4龄长丰鲢的性腺均发育至Ⅳ期,适宜繁殖。长丰鲢雌鱼的最小性成熟年龄为3冬龄,最小体质量为2.20 kg,最小体长为47.40 cm,雄鱼的最小性成熟年龄3龄,最小体质量为2.10 kg,最小体长为52.30 cm。3、4、5、6龄长丰鲢的平均绝对繁殖力分别为617641、761167、1598551、1684025粒,平均相对繁殖力分别为218616、129342、215769、215657粒/kg;长丰鲢绝对繁殖力和体质量、体长均呈二项式相关。3龄长丰鲢卵径约为983.7μm,而4、5、6龄长丰鲢的平均卵径分别为1082.6、1069.2、1090.0μm;初次性成熟的卵径较小,之后再次性成熟时卵径之间无明显差异。Although Hypophthalmichthys molitrix Changfeng has shown its extremely economic throughout China,little is known about its reproductive performance.In this study,gonad development,sexual maturity age and fertility size of Changfeng silver carp were analyzed.The results showed that the gonads of the 1st year fish were no obvious at stageⅠ;The gonads in the 2nd year were developed at stageⅡwhich can distinguish male and female with naked eyes.The gonads in the 3rd year were at stageⅢ~Ⅳperiod,and partial individuals would develop to stageⅣwhich was the first sexual maturity.The gonads of the 4th year fish developed to stageⅣduring the pre-breeding period which was suitable for reproduction.The minimum sexual maturity age of female Changfeng silver carps was 3 years old,and the minimum body weight and body length were 2.20 kg and 47.40 cm,respectively.While the minimum sexual maturity age of male fish was 3 years old,the minimum body weight and body length were 2.10 kg and 52.30cm,respectively.The fecundity of 3,4,5 and 6-year-old Changfeng silver carps were 617641、761167、1598551 and 1684025 grains.The relative fecundity was 218616,129342,215769 and 215657 grains/kg.There was a binomial correlation between absolute reproduction and body weight and body length of Changfeng silver carp.The egg diameters of the 3-year-old Changfeng silver carp were about 983.7μm,while the average egg diameters of the 4,5,6-year-old were 1082.6,1069.2,1090.0μm.The egg diameters of the first sexual maturation were smaller,while the egg diameters of the subsequent sexual maturation were no different.
