摘 要:为探讨不同流速对草鱼幼鱼甲状腺激素代谢的影响,本试验以草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)幼鱼为对象,设置0、0.5、1和1.5 bl/s四个流速对其进行运动训练10周,训练结束后测定了鱼体血清皮质醇、葡萄糖、甲状腺激素(THs)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量,及肝脏脱碘酶(ID1、ID2、ID3)含量和甲状腺激素代谢相关基因的表达水平。结果显示:流速提高草鱼幼鱼的生长速度,未显著改变血清皮质醇和葡萄糖的含量,但显著降低甲状腺素(T4)和三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)含量,显著升高TSH和脱碘酶(ID1、ID2)含量及甲状腺激素代谢相关基因(ttr、tr-α和tr-β)表达水平。结果表明,不同流速的运动训练影响草鱼幼鱼体内THs的合成、转运和代谢各过程,促进T3和T4的转化,进而改变甲状腺激素代谢水平,并促进鱼体生长。A total of 168 juvenile Ctenopharyngodon idellus were treated with four water velocity(0 bl/s,0.5 bl/s,1 bl/s and 1.5 bl/s,respectively)for 10 weeks to explore the effects of different water velocity on thyroid hormone metabolism in fish.The contents of serum cortisol,glucose,thyroid hormone(THs),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),liver deiodinase(ID1,ID2,ID3)and the expression levels of genes related to thyroid hormone metabolism were measured.The results showed that water velocity increased the growth rate of juvenile grass carp,which did not change the contents of serum cortisol and glucose,but significantly decreased the contents of thyronine(T4)and triiodothyronine(T3),and significantly increased the contents of TSH.The contents of deiodinase(ID1,ID2)and the expression levels of thyroid hormone metabolism-related genes(ttr、tr-αand tr-β)were significantly increased.The results showed that exercise training at different water velocity affected the synthesis,transport and metabolism of THs in juvenile grass carp,which promoted the transformation of T3 and T4,and then changed the thyroid hormone metabolism and promoted the growth of fish.
