摘　　要：隧道内接触网棘轮补偿装置由于长期处于倾斜工况下,补偿绳出线方向需要与棘轮轴线重合才能正常运转,如果有夹角会降低补偿效率,夹角过大补偿绳将有脱槽危险,本文以全新方法进行精确测量,并利用Excel表格进行自动计算,确保两者重合,保障运行安全。The wheel tension assembly of OCS in tunnel is in inclined condition for a long time,so the compensation ropes needs to coincide with the wheel axis in order to operate normally.If there is an included angle,the tensioning efficiency will be reduced.If the included angle is too serious,the compensation ropes will be jumping from slot,In this paper,a new method is used for accurate measurement,and the excel table is used for automatic calculation to ensure the coincidence of the two device and ensure the operation safety.
