摘　　要：中医整体观强调内外环境的统一性及机体自身的整体性。肿瘤的形成与其所处的自然生态、社会生态、机体内生态、局部微生态、细胞内分子生态也构成一个有机的整体,具有生态医学的特征。从中医整体观角度认识肿瘤形成过程中的生态学规律,有助于明确中医防治肿瘤的生物学内涵,也可以为解释肿瘤发病机制和指导肿瘤的临床治疗提供思路。The holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emphasizes the unity of the internal and external environment and the organic integrity of human body.The formation of a tumor also constitutes an organic whole with its natural environment,social environment,internal environment,local microenvironment and intracellular environment,which presents characteristics of ecological medicine.It is beneficial to clarify the biological connotation of TCM prevention and treatment of tumor and lay the foundation for explaining mechanisms in tumorigenesis and guiding the clinical treatment of tumor by understanding the ecological principles in the process of tumor formation from the perspective of holistic view of TCM.
