摘　　要：结合验案总结张沛虬从肝论治由卡马西平引起的史-约综合征的临床经验。根据用药史和临床特征,认为史-约综合征系由阳毒发于肌肤,引动肝热所致,治以养肝柔肝、清肝凉肝,方用四物汤加味。This paper introduces Zhang Peiqiu’s clinical experience in treating a case of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome induced by carbamazepine from liver aspect.According to the history of medication and clinical characteristics,it is considered that Stevens-Johnson Syndrome is caused by liver heat due to yang toxin in the skin,which is treated by nourishing the liver and emolliating the liver,clearing the liver and cooling the liver,and modified Siwu Decoction is used.
