摘　　要：针对高职院校课程设置不合理、课程内容陈旧、课程评价方式单一等问题。分析了产生上述问题的原因,提出了将竞赛优质资源引入课程的课改理念,通过将竞赛的项目、训导方式、考核标准等引入到专业课程建设中,优化了专业课程的结构、课程的内容、课程的评价方式等,使高职院校的课程与企业岗位要求相契合,保障了职业院校人才培养的质量。Aiming at the problems of unreasonable curriculum setting in higher vocational colleges,outdated curriculum content,and single curriculum evaluation method.Analyzed the reasons for the above problems,and put forward the concept of curriculum reform to introduce high-quality competition resources into the curriculum.By introducing competition items,training methods,and assessment standards into the construction of professional courses,the structure and content of professional courses have been optimized,Course evaluation methods,etc.,make the courses of higher vocational colleges meet the requirements of corporate positions,and guarantee the quality of talent training in vocational colleges.
