摘 要:为探索和明确定植穴施用生物菌复合基质对压砂地土壤持水能力和西瓜产量的影响,选择生物菌复合基质和补水定额作不同组合处理,研究保墒效果和对西瓜生产潜力的影响,以期达到提高产量和农业水资源利用率的效果。结果表明,每株穴施200 g基质混配50 g菌剂,补水30 L·m^(-3),西瓜产量可提高23.40%~30.10%,成熟时间比对照提前4 d。综上所述,压砂地西瓜栽培采用穴施混配菌剂的复合基质穴施定植技术,可有效改善植物的土壤根际环境,增加压砂地土壤保水能力,显著提高西瓜产量。In view of the bottleneck problems such as drought and soil moisture conservation in sand pressing land,this study explores and explicitly determines the influence of planting hole and applying biological bacteria composite matrix on soil water holding capacity and yield in sand pressing land,selects biological bacteria composite matrix and water supplement quota as different combinations to study the effect of soil moisture conservation and the influence on watermelon production potential,.in order to achieve the effect of improving the yield and the utilization rate of agricultural water resources.The results showed that in treatment 3,200 g of substrate mixed with 50 g of fungicide and 30 L·m^(-3) of water supplement could increase the yield by 23.40%-30.10%,the ripening time was 4 days ahead of the control.The results showed that the application of compound substrate of hole application mixed with fungicide could improve the rhizosphere environment,increase the soil water holding capacity and increase the yield.
