摘　　要：我国是世界上最大的蔬菜生产国和消费国,蔬菜种业已经成为继玉米、小麦之后颇受关注的重要种业。通过从种业科技创新、种业企业发展、种子进出口贸易等方面对当前我国蔬菜种业发展现状的深入分析,深刻剖析了蔬菜种业发展过程中存在的种业企业创新能力不足、科企协同创新共享机制不完善、种业知识产权保护不到位等突出问题,最终从选育特色优质蔬菜新品种、提升蔬菜种业企业科技创新能力、建设蔬菜育种创新平台、构建种子质量安全追溯体系等方面有针对性地提出了相应的政策建议,从而为促进我国蔬菜种业健康可持续发展提供决策参考。China is the largest vegetable producer and consumer in the world.Vegetable seed industry has become a new market of seed industry after corn and wheat.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of vegetable seed industry in China from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation of seed industry,the development of seed enterprises and seed import&export trade,this paper deeply analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the development process of vegetable seed industry,such as the lack of innovation ability of seed enterprises,the imperfection of collaborative innovation and sharing mechanism between science and enterprise,and the inadequate protection of intellectual property rights of seed industry.The corresponding recommendations are put forward from breeding new varieties of high-quality vegetables,improving the scientific and technological innovation ability of vegetable seed industry enterprises,building vegetable breeding innovation platform,and constructing seed quality and safety traceability system,so as to provide decision-making reference for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of vegetable seed industry in China.
