摘　　要：【目的】对比动态心电图与常规心电图检查在诊断房颤伴Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞中的临床价值。【方法】选取2019年1月至2020年10月90例在我科检查为房颤的患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将分为研究组与对照组,各45例。两组患者分别实施动态心电图检查与常规心电图检查,对两组患者的诊断阳性率、R-R间隔时间以及心室率进行对比分析。【结果】研究组患者疾病诊断准确率、R-R间隔时间均显著高于对照组,研究组患者心室率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】动态心电图在房颤伴Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞患者临床诊断中应用具有显著效果。【Objective】To observe and compare the clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of atrial fibrillation with degree Ⅱ atrioventricular block.【Methods】A total of 90 patients with atrial fibrillation examined in our department from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the research group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups underwent dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram respectively.The diagnostic positive rate,R-R interval and ventricular rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.【Results】The accuracy of disease diagnosis and R-R interval in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the ventricular rate in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Dynamic electrocardiogram has significant effect in clinical diagnosis of atrial fibrillation with degree Ⅱ atrioventricular block.
