摘  要:为了防止钢铁基体表面热镀锌层出现白锈和提高其耐蚀性,在其表面制备了虫胶-无机盐复合钝化膜。采用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了复合钝化膜的组织形貌和虫胶特征。采用中性盐雾(NSS)试验法、Tafel极化测量和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了复合钝化膜的耐蚀性。结果表明:虫胶-无机盐复合钝化膜表面均匀致密,分布有白色织网状物,而且具有良好的耐盐雾性能。热镀锌层经虫胶-无机盐复合钝化处理后,腐蚀电位正移,腐蚀电流密度明显降低,极化电阻显著增大。A shellac–inorganic salt composite passivation film was prepared on hot-dip galvanized steel sheet to prevent the formation of white rust on the hot-dip zinc coating and improve the corrosion resistance of the substrate.The morphology and shellac characteristics of the composite passivation film were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and its corrosion resistance was studied by neutral salt spray(NSS)test,Tafel polarization measurement,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results showed that the surface of the composite passivation film was uniform and dense,where there existed white woven-net-like matters.The composite passivation film has good salt spray resistance.After being treated by the shellac–inorganic salt passivation,the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet had a positively shifted corrosion potential,a greatly decreased corrosion current density,and a significantly increased polarization resistance.
