“互联网+”医共体“石棉模式”经验与成效探析

摘　　要：目的探讨"互联网+"医共体"石棉模式"的经验及成效。方法采用问卷调查与关键人物访谈的方法收集石棉县医共体的相关数据。结果"石棉模式"医共体已形成较为成熟的管理体系,医疗技术显著提高,县人民医院与县妇女儿童医院的诊疗人次由2015年236183增加至2019年的304566,近6年累计转诊1126人次与远程会诊32630人次。此外,高血压与糖尿病的控制率分别达到77.12%与32.54%。结论"石棉模式"有效的实现了医疗资源的下沉,提高了诊疗效率,改善了居民的健康水平。Objective To explore the experience and effect of"Shimian Mode"of"Internet+"and"medical confederation".Methods Questionnaire survey and key informant interview were used to collect data related to the implementation of medical association in Shimian County.Results The"Shimian Mode"of medical association has developed a relatively mature management system,the medical technology of which has been significantly improved.In recent 6 years,the person-time of medical visits increased from 236183 in 2015 to 304566 in 2019 in the county people’s hospital and maternal and child health hospital,a total of 1126 referrals and 32,630 remote consultations had been made,and the control rate of hypertension and diabetes reached 77.12%and 32.54%,respectively.Conclusion"Shimian Mode"can effectively realize the transfer of medical resources to the local medical institutions,improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment,and improve the residents’health.
