健康焦虑对青少年网络疑病的影响:网络健康搜索和不确定性忍耐的多重中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探究健康焦虑和青少年网络疑病之间的关系以及健康网络搜索行为、不确定性忍耐力在其中的中介作用机制。方法:采用短版健康焦虑量表、网络健康搜索行为指标、不确定性忍耐力以及网络疑病量表对2074名7年级到12年级的青少年进行施测。结果:(1)相关分析结果表明:健康焦虑、网络健康搜索行为、不确定性忍耐力与网络疑病之间均呈显著正相关;(2)健康焦虑直接正向预测青少年网络疑病(β=0.68,95%水平置信区间为[0.29,0.37]),网络健康搜索行为以及不确定性忍耐力在这一关系中起着多重中介作用。健康焦虑通过三条中介路径间接影响网络疑病(总中介效应值=0.173,95%水平置信区间为[0.149,0.199])占比总效应25.59%。结论:健康焦虑不仅可以直接预测青少年网络疑病,还可以通过网络健康搜索行为和不确定性忍耐力间接预测网络疑病。Objective To explore the relationship between health anxiety and cyberchondria in adolescents,and the mediating effect of online health search behavior and intolerance of uncertainty.Methods 2074 cases of adolescents were investigated with a short version of Health Anxiety Inventory(SHAI),online health-related search behavior indexes,Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale(IUS)and a Short-Form Version of Cyberchondria Severity Scale(CSS-12).Results There had significantly positive correlation among health anxiety,online health search behavior,intolerance of uncertainty and cyberchondria.Health anxiety can directly positively predict cyberchondria in adolescents(β=0.68,95%CI=0.29-0.37).Online health search behavior and intolerance of uncertainty play multiple mediating roles in the relationship between health anxiety and cyberchondria in adolescents,in which health anxiety can influence cyberchondria through three mediation pathways(total mediation effect=0.173,95%CI=0.15-0.20),which accounted for 25.59%of the total effect.Conclusion Health anxiety can not only directly predict cyberchondria in adolescents,but also predict it mediated by online health search behavior and intolerance of uncertainty.
