摘　　要：目的通过对阿坝州偏远牧区女性生育及妇女病的调查,了解牧区女性对健康保健知识的需求,为制定偏远牧区适宜的妇女健康保健服务方式提供依据.方法抽样选取2020年金川县毛日乡牧区316名女性进行样本调查.结果牧区妇女平均文化水平较低,文盲占92%;平均分娩2.56次,在家分娩占79.3%;采取避孕措施的妇女有65%,避孕套使用情况不确切;生殖道炎症发生率较高;89%的妇女有健康保健知识的需求,尤其是藏语宣教方式.结论强化义务教育在牧区的有效推行,提高妇女文化水平,为妇女保健的自我认知提供保障;依托现有的基层公共卫生系统,建立适合并且覆盖牧区的信息平台,施行适宜牧区的健康宣教方式,为偏远牧区妇女提供切实可行的健康服务.Objective Through the investigation of women’s fertility and women’s diseases in the remote pastoral areas ofAba Prefecture,the needs of women’s health care knowledge in the pastoral areas were understood,so as to provide basis for the development of appropriate women’s health care services in the remote pastoral areas.Methods A sample of 316 females fromMaori Township,Jinchuan Countyin 2020 was selected for investigation.Results The average educational level of women in pastoral areas was low,92% of them were illiterate;the average number of deliveries was 2. 56,79. 3% of them gave birth at home;65% of the women took contraceptive measures,and the condom use was not accurate;the incidence of genital tract inflammation was higher;89% of the women needed health care knowledge, especially the Tibetan way of teaching.Conclusion Strengthen the effective implementation of compulsory education in pastoral areas,improve women’s cultural level,provide protection for women’s self-awareness of health care.Relying on the existing grassroots public health system,we aim to establish an information platform suitable for and covering pastoral areas,implement health education plans appropriate for pastoral areas,provide accessible health services for women in remote pastoral areas of China.
