摘 要:爱尔兰语作为世界上最古老和最具历史影响的书面语言之一,是爱尔兰独一无二的文化遗产,对爱尔兰民族的身份构建、文化认同起着至关重要的作用。爱尔兰于1922年独立后,便把振兴爱尔兰语作为民族独立的一个重要标志。2010年,爱尔兰教育和技能部发布了《2010—2030年爱尔兰语20年战略》,提出了传承与振兴爱尔兰语的愿景。在过去的10年里,爱尔兰政府构建了振兴爱尔兰语的目标框架与评估体系,在基础教育领域推行沉浸式教育,强化政府、学校、社区、服务机构在爱尔兰语学习、推广中的合作,并不断尝试以数字技术和媒体资源为爱尔兰语的学习、推广与发展注入新鲜活力。Irish,as one of the oldest and most historical written languages in the world,is the unique cultural heritage of Ireland and plays a crucial role in the construction of Irish national identity and cultural identity.After Ireland became independent in 1922,the revitalization of the Irish language became an important symbol of national independence.In 2010,the Department of Education and Skills published“20-Year Strategy for the Irish Language 2010-2030”,which set out a vision for the inheritance and revitalization of the Irish language.Over the past 10 years,the Irish government has built the goal framework and evaluation system of the revitalization of the Irish language,carried out immersion education in the field of basic education,strengthened the cooperation among government,school,community,service institutions in the study and promotion of Irish language,and has been constantly attempting to use digital technology and media resources to inject fresh vitality into the study,promotion and development of Irish language.
