摘  要:在深入分析核电厂建设海洋水文水质监测系统必要性的基础上,结合海洋环境监测系统建设标准要求,开展了核电厂海洋水文水质监测系统设计的研究。给出了系统监测参数及监测点选择的原则,并提出了一种基于集成化浮标开发的在线定点监测系统。对系统总体设计要求、海上浮标监测站要求、数据采集与传输系统要求、监测数据应用管理平台要求分别进行了研究。整体系统设计方案以海上浮标监测站为核心,可定制搭载海洋水文水质和气象监测仪表、数据采集与传输设备;以通用无线分组业务(GPRS)为主、北斗短报文通信为辅的冗余通信方案,可有效提高正常和应急情况下的数据传输可靠性;以可充电锂电池和太阳能、风能的组合供电,可有效保证监测仪表的连续运行。该研究为后续核电厂的优化改造和设计提供了思路。Based on the analysis of the necessity of constructing the Marine hydrological and water quality monitoring system for nuclear power plants,the design of the Marine hydrological and water quality monitoring system for nuclear power plants is studied in combination with the standard requirements of the Marine environmental monitoring system construction.The selection principles of monitoring parameters and monitoring points are given,and an online fixed-point monitoring system based on integrated buoy development is proposed.The overall design requirements of the system,the requirements of the maritime buoy monitoring station,the requirements of the data acquisition and transmission system,and the requirements of the monitoring data application management platform are studied respectively.The overall system design scheme takes the Marine buoy monitoring station as the core,and can be customized to carry Marine hydrology,water quality and meteorological monitoring instruments,data acquisition and transmission equipment.The redundancy communication scheme based on general packet radio service(GPRS)and supplemented by Beidou short message communication can effectively improve the reliability of data transmission in normal and emergency situations.The combination of rechargeable lithium battery,solar energy and wind energy can effectively ensure the continuous operation of the monitoring instrument.This study provides ideas for the optimization and design of subsequent nuclear power plants.
