摘 要:多样性、冗余性和相对独立性是核电厂通信系统的设计准则。声力电话系统特有的无源通信方式丰富了通信系统的多样性。其具有网络组成简单、设备便携、易用的特点,并具备较强的抵御外部灾害的能力。其为有源通信方式不可用时的备用通信手段,符合作为核电厂应急通信手段(或备用)的基本要求。这使得声力电话在核电厂通信系统中有其特殊的定位和应用。其在满足核电厂建造和运行期间多种特殊阶段通信应用需求的同时,也作为保底的可用通信手段之一,对提升核电厂应急通信可用性和可靠性起着十分重要的作用。同时,声力电话系统也为核电厂通信系统满足在所有假设始发事件后和事故工况下可用的要求提供了重要支持。Diversity,redundancy and relative independence are the design criteria for communication systems in nuclear power plants.The unique passive communication mode of sound power telephone system enriches the diversity of communication system.It has the characteristics of simple network composition,portable equipment,easy to use,and has strong ability to resist external disasters.It works as backup communication means when active communication means are not available,which meets the basic requirements of emergency communication means(or backup)in nuclear power plants.This makes the sound power telephone have its special position and application in the communication system of nuclear power plant.As one of the last available communication means,it plays a very important role in improving the availability and reliability of emergency communication in nuclear power plants while meeting the communication application requirements in various special phases during the construction and operation of nuclear power plants.At the same time,the sound power telephone system also provides important support for the nuclear power plant communication system to meet the requirements that are available under all hypothetical post-event and accident conditions.
