摘  要:随着反应堆仪表装置生产强度的提升,现场维护保障工作强度不断加大。批量生产、并行测试成为产品维保工作的发展方向。反应堆仪表装置种类较多,且测试内容差异较大。为了提高设备维护效率、降低测试成本,研究设计统一化的测试平台已成为下一步工作的关键。从反应堆保护装置着手,设计、研究了一套具有多型号适配的快速、自动化校验设备。该设备基于上位机与现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)架构,通过矩阵开关实现对多信号多定义的切换;通过高精度恒压源、电压电流反馈模块,实现对高精度小信号的模拟;通过电气隔离模块对强弱电、各通道信号实现保护;通过监控模块及开关系统,实现对信号的分析与电源的保护。在上位机端设计故障定位专家系统与数据分析库。所设计的具有高精度、可适配扩展的自动化测试设备,创新性地提高了维护保障平台的统一性。With the increasing scale of reactor instrumentation production,and the work intensity fieldwork of maintenance and support is getting more and more.The mass production and parallel testing is becoming the development direction of maintenance for products.In order to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce the costs,adapting many types of instrumentation and test content,research and design of unified platform is becoming the key to the future work.Focusing on the reactor protection device,a set of fast and automatic calibration equipment with multi-model adaptation is designed.Based on the PC and field programmable gate array(FPGA)architecture,the switching of multiple signals and definitions is realized through the matrix switch.The simulation of high precision and small signal is achieved with high precision and constant voltage source as well as voltage and current feedback module.The analysis of the signal and the protection of the power are achieved with the electrical isolation module of current protection and each channel signal.Through the monitoring module and switching system,the analysis of signal and protection of power are realized.The fault location expert system and database are designed on PC to realize the intelligent location of different devices.The designed high-precision and adaptive automated test equipment significantly improves the unity of maintenance platforms.
