摘 要:自动化测试是核电分布式检测系统(DCS)设备制造商快速提高产品研发和生产效能的重要方法,已得到了越来越广泛的应用。测试工具产生的测试结果有效性,直接影响到交付用户产品的质量。因此,在测试工具研制和应用的过程中必须采取一定的方法,确保工具的有效性。本文总结了近年自动化测试工具在核电DCS设备测试领域的研制和应用经验,借鉴了同行业的经验和方法,提出法规标准符合性、研制过程符合性、应用适用符合性、校准管理符合性这四个有效性评价维度,建立了有效性评价方法体系。该体系已经成功应用于CPR1000、高温气冷堆(HGR)、“华龙一号”等多种堆型核电机组的DCS测试中,得到了业内专家的认可。该研究为后续自动化测试技术在核电仪控领域及相关领域的应用和发展,提供了可借鉴的经验和方法体系。Automated testing is an important method for nuclear power digital control system(DCS)equipment manufacturers to rapidly improve product development and production efficiency,which has been more and more widely used.The effectiveness of test results produced by testing tools directly affects the quality of products delivered to users.Therefore,in the test tool development and application process must take certain methods to ensure the effectiveness of the tool.The development and application experience of automated test tools in nuclear power DCS equipment testing field in recent years are summarized.Based on the experience and methods of the same industry,four validity evaluation dimensions,including compliance with laws and standards,compliance with development process,compliance with application and compliance with calibration management are put forward,and the validity evaluation method system is established.The system has been successfully applied in the DCS system test of CPR1000,high temperature gas cooled reactor(HGR),"HRP1000"and other nuclear power reactors,and has been recognized by experts in the industry.This study provides a reference experience and method system for the application and development of automated test technology in the field of nuclear electric instrument control and related fields.
