摘 要:国内百万千瓦级压水堆核电站(CPR1000)均采用数字化控制系统(DCS)实现机组的监视和控制。某核电站在调试阶段出现DCS操作员站软件失效,主控室失去监视和控制权限,导致电站计算机和控制系统不可用的问题。为解决该问题,对可能导致该问题的设备进行了故障调查,定位故障点为DCS系统服务器软件进程故障。对服务器中获取的异常数据包、错误代码、服务器数据处理机制进行研究,最终确认故障原因为实时服务器中存入了异常数据。基于计算机的仪控系统多样化和纵深防御要求,在DCS中首次制定了进程故障保护机制和优化数据请求处理机制的双重冗余保护方案,并完成实际验证和运用,有效保证了DCS系统的安全、稳定运行。该研究方案可直接应用于后续机组,并对类似问题的处理具有重要的参考意义。The digital control system(DCS)is used to monitor and control the units in CPR1000 nuclear power plants.During the commissioning of a nuclear power plant,the software of DCS operator station failed,and the main control room lost the monitoring and control authority,leading to the unavailability of the computer and control system in the power plant.In order to solve the problem,the equipment that may cause the problem is investigated,and the fault point is located as the DCS server software process fault.The abnormal data packet,error code and data processing mechanism obtained from the server are studied,and the fault was finally confirmed to be caused by the abnormal data stored in the real-time server.Based on the diversified and deep defense requirements of computer instrument control system,the dual redundancy protection scheme of process fault protection mechanism and optimized data request processing mechanism is formulated for the first time in DCS,and the actual verification and application are completed,which effectively ensures the safe and stable operation of DCS system.The research scheme can be directly applied to the subsequent units and has important reference significance for the treatment of similar problems.
