摘  要:为分析某机组棒控棒位系统(RGL)停堆棒束K16意外掉落事件原因,研究了提高RGL运行稳定性和可靠性的方法。根据控制棒动作原理,通过对动棒时序进行分析,采用逐步排除的方式调查事件原因。从机组安全、共因故障、落棒功能及模拟机验证等角度进行分析。根据分析结果,提出解决方案和建议措施。建议和措施在该机组的实施,有效地保障了RGL正常运行,降低了意外落棒的风险。同时,该处理方式也为其他核电机组解决同类问题提供了参考。In order to analyze the cause of the accident drop of K16 shutdown rod bundle of the rod position indicating and rod control system(RGL)in a unit,the method of improving the stability and reliability of the RGL operation is studied.According to the operation principle of the control rod,the timing sequence of the moving rod is analyzed,and the reason of the incident is investigated by the way of step-by-step elimination.From the safety of the unit,common cause failure,rod drop function and simulator verification,the analysis is made.According to the analysis results,solutions and suggested measures are put forward.The implementation of the suggestions and measures in the unit effectively ensures the normal operation of the RGL and reduces the risk of accidental rod drop.At the same time,this treatment method also provides a reference for other nuclear power units to solve similar problems.
